Sketchtravel

I don’t know if I ever talked about this project I started with my beloved best befriend in Paris, Gerald Guerlais , Sketchtravel project…

We started it as our excuse to be connected to some of the illustrators we admire. We have big names such as Pete DeSeve, Carlos Nine, Ashley Wood, James Jean, and Tadahiro Uesugi etc… but we also have some crazy super stars we can’t announce just yet. Basically we pass this sketch book to one another in person and each artist draw/paint each page. We auction this original sketch book and the proceed will go to our selected charity.

One of the participating artists Daniel Lopez hand made this crazy box. Go check out the website. This is currently in San Francisco but it will travel all around the world!

Nothing could be done without your astonishing involvment and huge implication Master Dice. Sophie and I are very proud to share this exciting experience with you. You convinced such a dream team to take up with this challenge… I will remember my whole life when you said we should launch this project in Paris last september. I miss word. This beautiful Case built by Daniel is the greatest ever. Daniel designed a tresure chest .We cannot thank you enough for making all of this possible. And that just the beginning…

Dice, i love this idea and can’t wait to see it (if we ever can!) i would love to be a contributor, but i guess i have to make more of a name for myself first. Maybe the next go around i can be one of the unmentionable masters. Here’s to dreaming! Wonderful concept, and the box is beyond beautifull.

    –Gerald,
yes, this is one of the most fun projects I have been involved with. It’s sucha simple idea but it could really connect all these artsits! It’s all thanks to you. You really know how to connect dots of the community.

    thanks man

    —bagel
thanks dude! hey, whatever happend to the thing you were gonna do for me???

    —-Dragon
yeah! You could potentially own this! I’m gonna actually see if I can buy it because it is really looking good.(though I don’t think I can affrod it)

    —-Natalia
no no, it’s really not like that. Yeah, we invited artists that are particularly hard to reach to make the most of the project but it’s not like we are only inviting famous people. even though the first book is full, if we ever do another one, we will put you on the list if you like.

    JC—
    yep. Daniel es LOCO!

    Roland—
you too Roland! We got so many inquiries from tons of interested artsits. let me know if this interests you!
