OOP 2 is OUT!

Posted on Tuesday 10 June 2008

So it is true! It finally came!

I just walked into a local bookstore in SF and both OOP 1 and 2 are on the shelf in the featured section! Some people contacted me saying they saw OOP at Borders Bookstores and Barns and Noble!

My OOP buddies in NY hit MOCCA festival this past weekend and apparently we did even better than our OOP 1 debut two years ago!

I knew big stores like Barns and Noble had our books but it was a surprise to find OOP books in display like this in a small local bookstore…..

Congrats on book 2, Dice! I e-mailed you already about what I thought of your story, not sure if you had a chance to read the mail, but yeah I loved your story and everything else in OOP 2. Wonderful stuff, I hope you guys continue this series and have loads of success.

Please do a book of your paintings someday too!

How could so many people that talented be in the same place at the same time? I think OOP 2 is even better than OOP 1 and OOP 1 is almost perfect. Kyosuke is a fantastic character, I’d love to see more of him..

I got the copy the other day and it is absolutely incredible. Great story too while there seems to be a lot of attention on the art. Keep up the great work.

Thank you so much everyone! I’m really excited about OOP 2. I think it really came out more complete than the first one. You can see the labor of love through each page.
I’m pretty impressed with how Random House made it so beautiful and yet it’s only 25 bucks. I mean, if you buy this on amazon, it’s even cheaper! Wow.

I hope we can do OOP 3. I think it’ll be a lot of fun!

ps. so sorry I can’t do my usual individual reply!!! I’m in the middle of this crazy event planning!! You’ll know what I mean within a week. We are about to see some historic event….
